Demo Day Mixes with Some High Ollie Fun

Check out the latest gear for skiing/snowboarding. Try it, dig it, and put it on your last minute Christmas list. Demo Day at Holiday Valley will take place Dec. 17 from 9am-3pm. Most major ski manufacturers and many snowboard companies will be represented at the base of Mardi Gras. All the local shop owners have been invited too, so when you find a product you like, you can buy locally!

There is no charge to demo the equipment, but participants must have a valid lift ticket for that day and leave a credit card number on file. To take part in the demos, go to the HV High Performance Shop and sign in. (Bring your own poles and boots.)

The boys from K2 Mid-Atlantic Snowboarding will be heading to The Valley for Demo Day, as they did last year, bringing with them the return of the “POP THIS!” high ollie contest. The custom ollie feature from K2 will be set up right in the demo plaza at HV. (Look for the K2 tent.) Starting at 5”, the event brings one question: “Think you’ve got pop?” If you’ve got game, come out and prove it for your chance to snake some sweet product from the K2 boys. It all goes down at 1pm.
