The ABC's of Cleansing

Remove all the naughty and re-up your vitality
Our bodies are innately equipped with many detoxification systems designed precisely to keep the body working optimally. Our immune system helps to control the biochemical processes found in the liver, kidneys, lungs (and sinuses), skin (sweat glands and oil ducts), lymphatics and intestines. One hundred years ago the combination of whole foods, pure water, physical labor, sun, clean air and simple living provided the body with most of what it needed to eliminate its normal toxic load.
Modern society has thousands of chemicals overwhelming our water, air, soil, homes, workplaces and foods - chemicals which have either not been tested at all or have only been tested one at a time. Our bodies can handle small amounts of toxins, microbial overgrowths and debris from normal metabolism, but problems will occur when chronic chemical toxic overload and “superbug” infections combined with nutritional deficiencies overwhelm the system. Our bodies will respond at the tipping point with inflammation, pain, weight gain, tumors/cysts, fatigue, mood and behavior changes, sleep disturbances and defense mechanisms - vomiting, diarrhea, sneezing, coughing and rashes. The illnesses resulting from toxic overload can be reversed as we remove the trash, give the body what it needs and stimulate the vital force.

A – Activate the Body’s Energy

SUPERFOODS: These are vibrant, nutritionally dense foods that have recently become widely available and are powerful sources of clean protein, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, essential fatty acids and amino acids. Regular consumption of these foods will increase the body’s vital force. Goji Berries, Cacao, Maca, Bee Products, Spirulina, Blue-Green Algae, Marine Phytoplankton, Aloe Vera, Hempseeds, Coconuts, Acai, Camu Camu Berry, Chlorella, Incan Berries, Kelp, Noni and Yacon.

B – Build the Nutritional Content
