Do You Need a Cleanse?

Join Nature's Remedy for an early Spring cleanse - 8 weeks

Transit Time Test: Eat beets or canned corn and observe how many hours it takes to see the beets or corn in the stool. A normal transit time is 23-25 hours. If the food is seen after 25 hours then the transit time is slow, indicative of the body needing a digestive cleanse.
